The programme details are correct at time of going to press. Although reasonable efforts will be made by the Festival to notify changes to published programme as soon as possible, no liability for programme changes to ticket holders or other affected persons is incurred by the Festival or anyone on their behalf.
Tickets are sold only subject to availability.
Any refunds or acceptance of returned tickets are given entirely at the Festival’s discretion.

So far as lawfully possible, the Festival excludes all liability to others other than as a result of any negligence on their part resulting in personal injury or death.
The Festival accepts no responsibility for any consequential, contingent or indirect losses which may have been caused to customers, artists and performers.
Melrose Music Festival is referred to in these terms and conditions as the Festival.
