Choral Evensong

Our festival ends with the contemplative service of Evensong, featuring some of the most moving choral music in the repertoire.

Sung by a gathered choir including choir of St John’s Princes Street, conducted by Artistic Director Robert Marshall and accompanied by acclaimed organist David Goodenough, the service features the Evening Canticles of the famous (and one time resident of Gattonside), Kenneth Leighton and Stanford (associated with Marchmont House).
